Our Story
Iron Hearth Provisions was born from a simple belief: that the best gathering places are the ones that refuse to be just one thing. By morning, we're your neighborhood coffee shop — pulling espresso from carefully sourced single origins, pouring pour-overs with precision, and baking breads and pastries from scratch.
As the sun dips, the space transforms. The espresso machine yields to the cocktail bar. We shift from morning pastries to small plates designed for sharing — charcuterie boards, seasonal bruschetta, and hearty bites that pair with our rotating list of craft cocktails and local Oregon wines.
The Space
We designed Iron Hearth to feel like the living room you didn't know you had — exposed brick, warm wood, and lighting that shifts with the hour. Whether you're working remotely, catching up with a friend, or watching the evening crowd settle in, there's a seat that fits.
The bar is the center of everything. Watch our baristas and bartenders at work — both are artisans in their craft, and both are happy to tell you about the origins of what's in your cup or glass.
